The next US Readiness for Entering Vocational Ministry (REVM) Retreat will be held 9 – 12 August, 2012 on the campus of the Pacific School of Religion in Berkeley, California (USA). This is the first step for those exploring a call to professional ordained ministry in MCC.
Class size is limited to 15. Applications are currently being accepted. All paperwork is due on or before 1 June, 2012. The complete ready-to-print in care packet and application for 2012 REVM can both be downloaded from the OFLD Forms & Manuals web page. The cost of the REVM, inclusive of housing and meals, is $550 USD. Payment will be made at the time participants are approved to register (by 18 June, 2012).
We have also arranged to have courses that meet the additional MCC requirements (i.e. MCC Polity, Sexuality Studies, and Queer History) taught at Pacific School of Religion from 30 July – 8 August for seminary credit. More information about these courses will be available soon.
