Pastoral Search Readiness Inventory
A readiness inventory based on behaviors exhibited by members of a congregation relating to the completion of the five process tasks. It may be used by the Elder and/or the Interim Pastor scoring it by personal observation or it may be administered to the board/entire congregation. It measures the behaviors used to describe health and completion of the tasks as given in Temporary Shepherds.
